THAT the report of the Director of Public Works/County Engineer, dated June 27, 2024, Speed Limit Review – Dufferin Road 11 & Road 124, be received; AND THAT the speed limit be temporarily reduced to 40 km/hr on Dufferin Road 11 between 30 Sideroad and Highway 89 and Dufferin Road 124 between Highway 89 and Wansborough Way, for three (3) years until the Town of Shelburne infrastructure is in place; AND THAT the necessary by-law be presented to Council; AND THAT the speed reduction be reviewed in 18 months. -
